2010-11: Capello co-captained the Saints squad her junior season, scoring 260 points in 22 games.  The Hanover, MA native also contributed 30 assists, 70 rebounds, 29 steals and 19 blocked shots.  A performance and communication arts major, she earned Liberty League All-Academic honors and was inducted into ODK.  

2009-10:  Coming off a solid rookie season, Capello was fourth in league in scoring and led the Saints with 357 points, averaging 14.3 per game.  She was dangerous behind the arc, leading the league in three-point percentage with .378.  The Hanover, MA native also contributed 36 assists, 99 rebounds, 40 steals, and 5 blocks on the season.  Named Liberty League "Performer of the Week" three times as a sophomore, Capello's success on and off the court earned her All-Conference First Team and All-Academic team honors.

2008-09: Capello was key for the Saints off the bench, as she played in 19 games and scored 114 points. The first-year athlete from Hanover, MA also recorded nine helpers, 49 boards, 11 steals and six blocks. Her efforts earned her Liberty League 'Rookie of the Week' honors once in her first season at St. Lawrence.


At Archbishop Williams
Capello was a five-sport standout, competing in volleyball, field hockey, softball, track and basketball. She captained her basketball team and was a Boston Herald All-Scholastic. She was also a Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic her last three years and was named an All-Star at several tournaments throughout her four years. Capello was a 1,000 point scorer and was also a member of the National Honor Society.
