May 25: St. Lawrence University senior Jarell Roberts ran 10.93 in the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championship 100 meter preliminaries and did not advance to the finals in the event after Friday prelminary races.
Roberts, the Liberty League and NYSCTC champion at 100 meters was just .28 seconds off the final qualifying spot in the 20-runner field. Dominque Kone of Colby had the top qualifying time of 10.39 seconds in the preliminaries.
