2011-12 Indoor: Scott finished seventh in both the Liberty League and the NYSCTC in the 5000 and was xith in the mile at the Liberty League Championship. He was 7th in the 3000 at tne NYSCTC and ran on a Distance Medley Relay team.

At Brighton
Smolensky was a stand-out runner, as he earned First Team All-State honors while captaining both the cross country and track and field teams. The Rochester, NY native was also the recipient of the New York State Sportsmanship Award.
