Mahoney Named "Lacrosse Magazine" Division III Coach of the Year

June 22: St. Lawrence University head men's lacrosse coach Mike Mahoney was named the 2012 Division III Coach of the Year by Lacrosse Magazine.
Mahoney, who was also the Liberty League's Coach of the Year, guided the Saints to a 12-3 overall record in 2012 and to the No. 3 seed in the conference tournament.
"It is nice for our staff, and more importantly, for our team to have their hard work recognized from this past season," said Coach Mahoney. "We were certainly pleased with the success of the 2012 season and are already anticipating attempting to build on that momentum in the off-season and into next spring."
