George Repicky was promoted to the role of Head Men's Crew coach at St. Lawrence in the summer of 2005.  Repicky, who has worked as a coach with the program since 2003, has helped establish the Saints as one of the premier crew programs in the East.

Repicky has produced two Liberty League Novice 8+ Crew of the Year recipients ('09, '12) over the past four years.  Undefeated through much of the spring season, the 2011-12 novice won the Liberty League Championship and was runner-up in the NYS Championships.  In 2009-10, Repicky guided the Varsity 8+ to its fastest year in program history as the crew qualified for the grand finals in the NYS Championships.

The year before, the novice 8+ made history as it was the first boat in Saints history to advance to the Grand Final at the ECAC Championships.  Throughout the course of the spring season, that crew was undefeated, claiming both the Liberty League and New York State titles after the unblemished spring campaign.  The success of Repicky's novices in various regattas throughout the year is the introduction to a very storied future for men's crew.

Repicky, a 2000 graduate of Ithaca College and a member of the men’s rowing team, previously coached at Sienna College and Lehigh University as well as a number of clubs and high school teams. He and his wife Emma Brackett reside in Canton, NY.

Prior to coming to St. Lawrence, Kyle served as an assistant rowing coach at Nereid Boat Club and Montclair High School, and was the head lifeguard at the Montclair Department of Recreation.

A 2012 graduate, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in history with honors and minored in political science.

Returning to her alma mater, Amanda Dudley '08 joined the St. Lawrence Crew staff in the fall of 2010 as an assistant coach.

Dudley, a Henderson Harbor, NY native, rowed all four of her collegiate years for the Saints and stroked the Varsity 8+ boat that was named 2008 Liberty League Crew of the Year and placed 5th at the NCAA Division III Rowing Championships.

After graduating from St. Lawrence, Dudley worked as an assistant rowing coach at Lake Braddock Secondary School and then William & Mary Rowing Club, both in Virginia.  While assistant coaching, she also completed her student-teaching at Toano Middle School in Toano, VA and received her Master's in Education at The College of William & Mary in 2010.
