2008-09: Jeremiah played in 33 games for the Saints as a junior, scoring three goals and assisting on four others. He had an assist in the season opener at Michigan and scored his first goal of the year in a 6-1 win at Brown. He also had a goal in a 2-2 tie with Harvard and scored in a 2-0 win at Union. He was a member of the ECAC All Academic Team for the third straight year.
2007-08: Jeremiah was one of seven players to play in all 37 games for the Saints last season and finished his sophomore years with two goals and eight assists for 10 points. He scored his first goal of the year in a 4-1 win over Providence and had the other in the second Wayne State game.
2006-07: Jeremiah Cunningham had a solid rookie campaign for the Saints with seven goals and four assists for 11 points in 32 games. He was plus five for the season and took just two penalties in 32 outings. He scored one shorthanded goal and had one game winning goal with the decisive goal in a home win over Yale. He scored his first collegiate goal in his first collegiate game, scoring in the season opener against RIT. He scored his first post-season goal with the tying goal in an eventual win over Dartmouth in the ECAC Hockey third place game.
Pre-SLU: Team captain of the New England Champion Salisbury School team, Jeremiah Cunningham scored ten goals and had 25 assists in his final prep season. The son of Jeremiah and Margie Cunningham, he also played soccer and baseball.Jeremiah's grandfather, Tom Foster, played baseball at St. Lawrence and was drafted by St. Louis. His mother was a national champion gymnast at Penn State and was ranked 12th in the world. She was a finalst for the Broderick Award as an undergraduate and has been head gymnastics coach at George Washington University for 24 years.
