Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

St. Lawrence University encourages the nomination of former athletes, coaches and exceptional teams for induction into the St. Lawrence Athletic Hall of Fame.

Alumni become eligible for selection ten years following the date of their graduation. They may be nominated prior to their date of eligibility, but will not be considered until the ten year period has lapsed. Very few athletes are selected for induction on their first year of eligibility, but nominations are kept on file and remain active for consideration following the initial nomination.

Anyone may nominate candidates for the Hall of Fame, but self-nominations are not accepted.

Criteria for selection including outstanding athletic accomplishment, other undergraduate activities and honors, and success following graduation in one's profession or community.

To nominate a candidate for induction, please fill out the form below and submit electronically. Please include as much supporting data for your nomination as possible to enhance your candidate's chances for induction. You will recieve a confirmation of the receipt of your nomination.
