Saint Team, Individuals Earn NFHCA Academic Honors

Mar. 7: St. Lawrence University's 2012 field hockey team has been named a winner of the 2012 Gladiator by SGI.NFHCA Division III National Academic Team Award.
The award is presented to teams which have a cumulative grade point of 3.0 or higher. In addition to the team award, Saint team members Kim and Sam Haab were named Scholars of Distinction for earning a 3.90 or higher grade point average in their first semester.
In addition to the Haabs, Emma Berry, Courtney Cartier, Brady Cooper, Courtney Davis, Chapin Dwyer, Grace O'Neil, Lizzy Saward and Carly Stine were named to the national All Academic Squad as selected by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
