Dec. 12: Five members of the St. Lawrence University men's soccer team earned All-East Region honors for their performances throughout the 2012 season. Seniors Alex Laird and Sam DeMello were First Team selections, while senior Nate Goss-Woliner, junior Andrew Bednarsky and senior Brian Gilloran were tabbed as Second Team.
Dec. 11: The St. Lawrence University women's basketball team cruised past SUNY Canton (5-5) by the score of 74-37 in a non-conference matchup at Roos' House on Tuesday night. Sophomore Kara McDuffee led three Saints in double figures with 18 points and a career-high 14 rebounds, helping St. Lawrence improve to 4-3 on the season.
Dec. 11: Four Bombers scored in double figures as Ithaca College defeated St. Lawrence University by the score of 82-63 in Tuesday's non-conference matchup in the Burkman Gymnasium.
Dec. 11: ECAC Hockey announced its weekly award winners on Tuesday morning, and St. Lawrence University first-year student Jenna Marks was tabbed the conference's Rookie of the Week for her play against Penn State last weekend.
- Dec. 8: Opportunity knocked for St. Lawrence University's hockey team in its game against rival Clarkson at Lake Placid's Herb Brooks Arena Saturday night, but the Saints couldn't answer.
Dec. 8: First Year Ella Martin set Saint Holiday Relay meet records in both the mile and 3000 meters and classmate Marisa Turner set a meet and SLU record in the high jump to highlight the afternoon for the St. Lawrence University women's indoor track and field team at the Newell Field House Saturday afternoon.
Dec. 8: St. Lawrence University's men's indoor track and field team had a big day both on the track and in the field events Saturday, winning four individual races and two relays plus four field events as the Saints hosted the 2012 Saint Holiday Relays at the Newell Field House.
Dec. 8: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team earned a weekend sweep of Penn State University on Saturday, as the Saints skated to a 4-2 victory over the Nittany Lions at Appleton Arena. First-year student Jenna Marks had a three-assist game to pace the Scarlet and Brown to a win in their final game of 2012.
Dec. 7: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team scored a pair of goals in the third period to defeat Penn State University 3-1 at Appleton Arena on Friday night. Senior captain Kelly Sabatine broke a 1-1 tie at 7:53 of the third to push the Saints to the victory in the first ever meeting between the two teams.
Dec. 7: The St. Lawrence University women's basketball team erased a 47-42 deficit with a 16-4 run over the final 3:37 to earn a 58-51 victory over Hartwick College in the Burkman Gymnasium on Friday night. The Scarlet and Brown, who improved to 3-3, handed the visitor its second loss of the season, which snapped a six-game Hawk win-streak as they fall to 6-2.
Dec. 6: The St. Lawrence University soccer teams were honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America for their outstanding performances in the classroom. Both the men's and the women's team earned Team Academic Awards for posting combined GPA's of 3.0 or higher in the last full academic year.
Dec. 6: The St. Lawrence University volleyball team held its end of the season gathering on Sunday, December 2. The night consisted of a summary of the season's highlights, including the "Power of Pink" matches, captain Katie Prue surpassing the 1000-dig mark and setters Anna Kassab and Jenna Street each surpassing the 1000-assist mark for their careers.
Dec. 5: St. Lawrence University's men's hockey team dug itself a first period hole and was unable to extricate itself on Wednesday night, dropping a 4-1 decision to arch-rival Clarkson in the first of two meetings between the two teams in a four day span.
Dec 4: Senior captain Curtis Pierce made a layup with two seconds left in overtime to give the SUNY Potsdam men's basketball team a 68-66 non-conference victory over St. Lawrence University in Potsdam, NY on Tuesday night.

- Dec. 1: St. Lawrence University's Saturday night woes continued at Cornell Saturday night as the Big Red scored twice in the final six minutes of the third period to complete a weekend sweep of the North Country teams with a 3-1 win over the Saints, spoiling another great performance by goalie Matt Weninger.
Dec. 1: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team battled nationally-ranked No. 3 Cornell University at Appleton Arena on Saturday afternoon with a fast-paced, back-and-forth affair. Though the Saints cut their deficit to one at 3-2 in the third period, the Big Red tacked on an empty netter to clinch the ECAC Hockey victory, 4-2.
Dec. 1: The St. Lawrence University men's basketball team defeated Elmira College, 62-50, in Saturday's non-conference match-up in the Burkman Gymnasium. The Soaring Eagles cut the deficit to five points (46-41) with 9:09 remaining, but the Saints were able to close the game with a 16-9 run for their first victory of the season.
Dec. 1: Senior Casey Abribat won the Liberty League championship in the 400 individual medley, sophomore Sammi Moffitt won the 200 back in a record time and the Saint women's swim team matched its best finish in Liberty League history with a third as the 2012 Liberty League Swimming and Diving Championships concluded at RIT Saturday evening
Dec. 2: The No. 10 ranked St. Lawrence University men's squash team dropped two close matches at the Dartmouth Fall Classic, being edged by host #8 Dartmouth, 5-4, on Friday night before falling to #7 Franklin & Marshall by the score of 6-3 on Saturday.
