Oscar R. Cochi '48

World War II service as an Air Corps captain interrupted the college career of three sport standout Oscar Cochi, who was one of the steadiest three sport performers in a day when St. Lawrence was blessed with quality athletes.

A four year standout in all three sports and a member of Kixioc, Oscar remained at St. Lawrence following graduation and joined the coaching staff. After helping coach the 1950 unbeaten football team, he began a 35 year teaching and administrative career in the Webster, NY school system.
