Refunds and Withdrawals

If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued. If a participant withdrawals from a class, the following refund policy will be followed:

  • After 1st Offered Class: 100%
  • After 2nd Offered Class: 50%
  • After 3rd Offered Class: 0%
  • Requests need to be made immediately regardless if the class was attended or not.

Cancellations

In case of cancellations, a make up week will be offered at the end of each session.

There will be no make-up classes for classes taught by athletic staff.
