Come join us for an intense, indoor cycling class
put to a mix of contemporary music and blasts from the past.
Instruction will focus on the Energy Zones in relation to your heart
rate and cadence (pedal rotations). First timers are welcome. The class
is designed for all abilities...you work at your own pace. Time will be
spent learning the proper bike settings and positions while on the
bike. Strengthen your body, burn some calories and enjoy the journey.
Be sure to have proper footwear (sneakers or cycling shoes) and bring
water and a towel too. Come join us....you won't regret it!
