May 25:St. Lawrence University’s Eliza Bell cleared 1. 63 meters in the high jump in the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships on Friday, finishing 11^th in the event.

May 21: Three St. Lawrence University athletes will compete in the 2012 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges in Claremont, CA Thursday through Saturday.

Eliza Bell won the high jump with a leap of 1.69 meters, a St. Lawrence record and Divya Biswal improved her own St. Lawrence record and moved into the top 20 for the upcoming NCAA Championships in the triple jump on Thursday at the ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships at RPI while Carly Stine improved her seed time by .02 of a second with a second place finish in the 400 intermediate hurdles on Friday.

Carly Stine moved up to 16^th in the nation with a win in 1:02.48 in the 400 hurdles and Divya Biswal moved into the top 25 and into qualifying position for the NCAA Championships in the triple jump, setting the SLU record in the event at the Oneonta State Spring meet on Saturday.

St. Lawrence University's women's track and field team scored points in bunches on day two of the New York State Collegiate Track Conference Outdoor Championships at the University of Rochester on Saturday, and while the points were enough to distance the Saints from Rochester and Rensselaer in the team race, they couldn't dent a huge lead by perennial power Ithaca College.

McKayla Nuffer won the 10,000 meter championship and the 4x800 relay team finished second to highlight day one of competition for the St. Lawrence University women's track and field team in the 2012 New York State Collegiate Track Conference Outdoor Championships at the University of Rochester on Friday.
