Pavlus Meets NCAA Auto in 10K at Penn Relays

St. Lawrence University senior Wendy Pavlus finished eighth in a 33-runner field and met NCAA Division III automatic qualifying standards in the 10,000 meter championship at the Penn Relays Thursday night.

4x800 Wins, 4 Seconds at Cortland Invitational on Saturday

St. Lawrence University's women's 4x800 relay team won its race and four Saint athletes took individual second place finishes in day two of the Cortland Invitational on Saturday.

Pavlus Perfect Outdoors In Liberty League Career, Saints Finish 2nd

Senior Wendy Pavlus won at 1500 meters and again at 5000 meters on Saturday to complete a perfect Liberty League outdoor track career, but St. Lawrence University's women's outdoor team had to settle for second place in a tight battle with Rensselaer in Saturday's Liberty League Championships on rain-soaked Merrick Pinkard Track.

Pavlus Sets Another Record, Saints 2nd at Rochester

Senior Wendy Pavlus wasted no time in securing her ticket to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships in May, winning the steeplechase in a St. Lawrence University record and NCAA automatic qualifying time of 10:31.28 in the first outdoor meet of the 2011 season at the University of Rochester on Saturday.
