Pavlus, Ramsey Have Top Finishes in Penn Relay 10K

Wendy Pavlus finished fifth, meeting NCAA Division III automatic qualifying standards, and Dan Ramsey was 10th, running one of the top ten Division III times in the nation thus far this season and one of the top two or three times in Saint program history as both St. Lawrence juniors ran the 10,000 meters at the Penn Relays Thursday night.

Saints Have Nine Champions at Liberty League Outdoor Meet

Senior Alyssa Pirinelli set Liberty League Outdoor Track and Field records in both the shot put and the hammer, Wendy Pavlus set the SLU and Liberty League records in the 3000 steeplechase and Kiersten LaPorte and Jenna Hulton accounted for over 20 points each as St. Lawrence University's women's track and field team finished second to Rensselaer in the 2010 Liberty League Outdoor Championships at Vassar on Saturday.

Pavlus, Pirinelli, St. John Shine at Bucknell Outdoor Classic

Wendy Pavlus ran the best time in the nation for a Division III runner thus far this season in the 5000 meters, finishing second in the Bucknell Outdoor Classic Invitational 5000 meter race and Alyssa Pirinelli met NCAA automatic qualification in the shot put with the best throw in the nation thus far this season for Division III competitors.

Pirinelli Wins Two Throws at Hamilton Invitational

Alyssa Pirinelli met NCAA provisional qualifying standards with wins in both the shot put and hammer throw and was one of four Saint individual champions as the St. Lawrence University women's outdoor track and field team opened its season at the Hamilton Invitational on Saturday.
