Saints Finish Season with a 4-0 Win at RPI

Behind a pair of goals from first year forward Stephanie Sayward, the St. Lawrence University women's soccer team defeated Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, 4-0, in the Liberty League finale for both teams. 

Vassar Eliminates Saints From Playoffs with 2-0 Win

Vassar scored two goals within a five minute span in the second half and went on to a 2-0 win over St. Lawrence in a Liberty League soccer game Saturday afternoon.

Two Saint women's soccer players were honored for their outstanding performance in last weekend's 2-1 upset of nationally 8th ranked Ithaca College as sophomores Devon Shatkin and Abby van Geldern were recognized by both the Liberty League and the ECAC.

Townsend Sends Classmates Out a Winner on Senior Day

Senior captain Becca Townsend made sure her classmates had a pleasant "Senior Day" as she scored the game winning goal on a penalty kick and assisted on the other Saint goal as St. Lawrence edged Potsdam State 2-1 in a women's college soccer game at MacAllaster Field Wednesday afternoon.

Meg Howard and Devon Shatkin scored first half goals and goaltender Abby van Geldern made 15 saves to lead St. Lawrence University's women's soccer team to a 2-1 win over nationally 8th-ranked Ithaca College at Ithaca on Saturday.

Hamilton Tips Saints in 2nd OT, 1-0

Laura Brandimarte scored from just outside the box with 4:19 gone in the second overtime period to give Hamilton College a 1-0 Liberty League women's soccer victory over St. Lawrence University Saturday afternoon.

Saints Earn 1-1 Tie with Nationally-Ranked Herons

Oct. 9: The St. Lawrence University women's soccer team nearly pulled off a major upset on Friday afternoon, as the Saints held a 1-0 lead over nationally-ranked No. 4 William Smith for nearly 50 minutes of action.  Though the Herons would net the equalizer in the 78th minute, the Scarlet and Brown were able to leave Geneva, NY with an impressive 1-1 tie.

Sayward Ignites Saints' 4-0 Win over Clarkson

Opportunity knocked a number of times for St. Lawrence University's women's soccer team in its Liberty League match with neighboring rival Clarkson on Thursday and the Saints finally cashed in with a second half scoring flurry in a 4-0 win.
