Piroli, Bailey Lead Saints in 16-13 Win Over Vassar

Apr. 23: St. Lawrence University juniors Alanna Piroli and Margie Bailey each scored three goals, leading the women's lacrosse team to a 16-13 victory in the Saints' 2011 Liberty League regular season finale on Saturday in Poughkeepsie, NY. 

Kukol, Engineers Top Saints, 11-1

Apr. 22: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team suffered an 11-1 defeat at the hands of the Rensselaer Engineers on Friday afternoon in Troy, NY.  Whitney Kukol scored three goals for the home team en route to the Liberty League victory.

No. 2 Hamilton Survives Upset Bid, Top Saints 9-7

Apr. 15: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team nearly shocked the nation on Friday, as the Saints found themselves tied with nationally-ranked No. 2 Hamilton, 7-7, with under 4:00 minutes to play.  However, Sarah Bray scored her third goal of the game to allow the Continentals to escape Hall-Leet Stadium with a narrow victory.

Morse, Saints Blitz Clarkson, 18-11

April 12: St. Lawrence University senior Kim Morse scored a game-high seven points on five goals and two assists, leading the Saints women's lacrosse team to an 18-11 win over Clarkson University at Hall-Leet Stadium on Tuesday night.

Skidmore Stuns Saints in Overtime, 11-10

Apr. 9: Skidmore College scored two goals in the final 2:06 in regulation to force overtime, and then picked up the only goal in the extra session to rally past the St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team by the score of 11-10 at Hall-Leet Stadium.

Marchand, Saints Hold Off Union, 8-7

Apr. 8: St. Lawrence University senior captain Anna Marchand made 12 saves, while sophomore Brigid Hurley had a game-high four goals as the Saints women's lacrosse team held off Union College, 8-7, in thrilling fashion on Friday afternoon at Hall-Leet Stadium.

Big Second Half Gives Saints 15-7 Victory over Rochester

Apr. 2: St. Lawrence University junior Alanna Piroli had a game high five points on three goals and two assists, leading the women's lacrosse team to an impressive 15-7 victory over the University of Rochester on Saturday in Rochester, NY.  The Saints used a seven-goal second half and outstanding defense on the ride to clinch the win.

Herons Top Saints in Conference Opener, 14-7

Apr. 1: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team dropped its opening Liberty League contest, 14-7, to William Smith in Geneva, NY.  Junior Kendall Harty led the Saints with a pair of goals while senior Kim Morse added a goal and an assist.
