May 12: Mary Jane Sweetland '10 and Anna Parrott '10 will be returning as captains for the 2010 St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse season, and will be joined by classmate Lexi Wisnowski '10, as well as Kelsey Redpath '11, as announced by Saints Head Coach Jodi Canfield at the team's annual dinner in early May.

Four Earn All-Conference, All-Academic Honors

Apr. 30: Senior captain Amanda Forbes was named to the Liberty League Second Team for the third straight year on Thursday while three other members of the St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team earned Honorable Mention as the conference announced its annual awards Thursday morning.

She was valuable on the defensive side of the ball as well, picking up 30 ground balls, controlling 34 draws, and causing 10 turnovers. She tied for sixth in the conference in goals scored at the end of regular season action.

In addition, junior captain Mary Jane Sweetland (Hopewell, NJ/Stuart Country Day), along with sophomores Kelsey Redpath (Norwich, VT/Hanover) and Kim Morse (Peaks Island, ME/North Yarmouth Academy) were named Honorable Mentions.
