Saints Earn Weekend Split with 3-2 Victory Over Ohio State

Nov. 21: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team put on an impressive performance on Saturday against the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, earning a weekend split behind a 3-2 win on the USCHO.com "Game of the Week."  The Scarlet and Brown outshot the Buckeyes 41-21 to improve to 6-5-4 (3-3-1) on the season.

Buckeyes Stage Third-Period Rally, Defeat Saints 4-3

Nov. 20: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team suffered a non-conference loss to the Ohio State University on Friday night in Columbus, OH, as the Buckeyes reeled off three goals in the third period to hand the Scarlet and Brown a 4-3 defeat. 

Akstull Helps Saints Rally Past Cornell, 3-2

Nov. 14: Senior captain Tara Akstull scored pair of goals including the game-winner late in the third period to help the St. Lawrence University women's hockey team overcome a two-goal deficit and rally past Cornell University in Ithaca, NY on Saturday night.  The Saints trailed 2-0 midway through the second, but scored three unanswered goals to hand the Big Red a 3-2 defeat at Lynah Rink.

Smith’s Late Goal Gives Saints 2-2 Tie with Colgate

Nov. 13: Senior assistant captain Britni Smith scored a short-handed goal with only two seconds remaining in regulation on Friday evening, helping the St. Lawrence University women's hockey team earn a dramatic 2-2 tie with Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.

Harvard Shuts Down No. 7 Saints, 3-0

Nov. 7: The No. 7 St. Lawrence University women's hockey team was shut out by Harvard University at the Bright Hockey Center in Cambridge, MA for the second consecutive game on Saturday, as the Crimson knocked off the Saints 3-0. 

Penalties Doom No. 7 Saints in 4-2 Loss to Dartmouth

Nov. 6: The No. 7 St. Lawrence University women's hockey team built a 2-0 lead in the first period against Dartmouth College on Friday evening in Hanover, NH.  However, the Big Green rattled off four unanswered goals and finished 2-of-10 on the power play to defeat the Scarlet and Brown, 4-2, in ECAC Hockey action.
