Sept. 23: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team enters
the 2009-10 season as the ECAC Hockey coaches' favorite, as the league
announced its annual pre-season poll on Tuesday. The Saints, who have finished among the top
three teams in the regular season standings each year since 2000-01, received
three first place votes and hold a narrow edge over Harvard University.
