#3 Saints to Compete in Gold Race at Paul Short Invitational

Sept. 23: The St. Lawrence University women's cross country team, ranked No. 3 in the latest USTFCCCA national poll, has been selected as the only Division III squad to compete in the "gold race" at the 2010 Paul Short Invitational on October 1.

Pavlus, Saints Cruise to Oneonta Invitational Title

Sept. 17: The No. 2 St. Lawrence University women's cross country team picked up right where they left off in 2009, as the Saints cruised to victory at the 2010 Oneonta Invitational/Pre-Regional on Friday at Fortin Park in Oneonta, NY.  Senior captain Wendy Pavlus, the reigning individual national champion, won the event by 27 seconds ahead of Geneseo State's Marissa Liberati.

Hulton Wins Opening Event of 2010 Season

Sept. 8: St. Lawrence University junior All-America Jenna Hulton claimed the opening race of the 2010 women's cross country season on Wednesday as she won the North Country Five meet hosted by Paul Smith's College.

Saints Open 2010 Ranked No. 2 in National Polls

Sept. 2: The St. Lawrence University women's cross country team is considered amongst the favorites to compete for the 2010 national championship according to the pre-season poll announced on Wednesday from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.  The Scarlet and Brown, who had a runner-up finish in the 2009 NCAA Championships, start the 2010 campaign ranked second in the country, the program's highest national ranking in school history.
