June 17: St. Lawrence University women's cross country head
coach Mike Howard has announced the captains for the upcoming 2010 season. The Saints, coming off a runner-up finish at
the NCAA Championships, will be captained by graduate student Alexis Nuffer and
seniors Wendy Pavlus and Katie Loignon.
