Five Top-10 Finishes Give No. 6 Saints 2009 Saratoga Invite Title

Oct. 31: The No. 6 St. Lawrence University women's cross country team had five runners finish in the top-10 at the 2009 Saratoga Invitational on Saturday afternoon, giving the Saints the team title with an impressive 21 points.  Junior Wendy Pavlus won the event by .5 seconds over sophomore teammate Jenna Hulton.

Hulton and Howard Win NYSCTC Awards

Oct. 28: St. Lawrence University sophomore stand-out Jenna Hulton and head coach Mike Howard were each honored by the NYSCTC after Hulton and the Saints won the state championship last weekend in Rochester, NY.

Hulton Wins NYSCTC Title, Saints Repeat as Team Champions

Oct. 24: St. Lawrence University sophomore Jenna Hulton won her first collegiate race on Saturday at the 2009 NYSCTC Championship at Genesee Valley Park in Rochester, NY.  The East Aurora, NY native's win paced the Saints to their second straight state title with an impressive 23 points.

Saints Earn Top-5 Ranking for First Time in Program History

Oct. 15: The St. Lawrence University women's cross country team has entered the top-5 in the national rankings for the first time in the program's history.  With a victory in the 2009 Liberty League championships, the Saints climbed one spot to No. 5 in the country.

No. 6 Saints Win Eighth Straight Liberty League Title

Oct. 10: The No. 6 St. Lawrence University women's cross country team captured its eighth straight Liberty League championship on Saturday afternoon at the Ronald C. Hoffmann Cross Country Course in Canton, NY.  The Saints trio of senior captain Johannah Ludington, junior Wendy Pavlus and sophomore Jenna Hulton paced the Scarlet and Brown, with Ludington crossing the finish line first for the individual crown.

Saints Climb Four Spots to No. 6 in the Nation

Oct. 8: After an impressive showing at the 2009 Paul Short Invitational, the St. Lawrence University women's cross country team jumped four places in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association rankings to No. 6 in the country.  The leap improved the Saints' highest ranking in the program's history and made them the top-ranked team in the Atlantic region.

Pavlus, Hulton Pace Saints to 21st Place at Paul Short Invitational

Oct. 2: St. Lawrence University junior Wendy Pavlus and sophomore Jenna Hulton each ran personal-best times on Friday, leading the No. 10 Saints' women's cross country team to 21st place overall out of nearly 120 teams at the 2009 Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University.

Saints Head to Paul Short Invitational Ranked 10th Nationally

Oct. 1: The St. Lawrence University women's cross country team will head to Bethlehem, PA this afternoon to prepare to race in the 2009 Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University.  The Saints enter the prestigious event ranked 10th in the nation, the programs highest national ranking ever.
