Pavlus, Saints Claim 2009 Hoffmann Invitational Titles

Sept. 19: The nationally-ranked St. Lawrence University women's cross country team put on an impressive display in their first home meet of the season on Saturday.  The Saints earned eleven top-20 finishes to earn the team title, while junior Wendy Pavlus edged sophomore teammate Jenna Hulton for the individual crown.

Nuffer, St. John Share North Country Invitational Title

Sept. 9: St. Lawrence University seniors Alexis Nuffer and Hillary St. John shared the 2009 North Country Invitational title on Wednesday evening, tying with a time of 21:31.  The Saints dominated the race in Potsdam, NY, earning 13 of the top 14 finishes.

Seven Saints Finish in Top-10 to Win Opening Race of 2009

Sept. 5: Seven members of the St. Lawrence University women's cross country team finished in the top-10 on Saturday afternoon, leading the Saints to victory at the 2009 Plattsburgh State "Cardinal Classic," their opening event of the season.

Experienced Saints Squad Ready for 2009 Campaign

Sept. 2: The St. Lawrence University women's cross country team, fresh off of a 21st place finish in last year's NCAA Championship race, welcomes back a talented and experienced squad that seems poised to continue the climb up the national ranks.  The Saints enter the 2009 season ranked third in the Atlantic Region and 16th in the country.
