St. Lawrence University junior John Johnston set a facility record and met NCAA Provisional qualifying standards in winning the 10,000 meter run at the Oneonta May Meet on Saturday evening.

Steve Kiplagat followed up a strong leg in the 4x800 relay on Friday with a win in the 1500 meters on Saturday and Jarell Roberts was second in both sprints as St. Lawrence University's men's track and field team finished fourth in the 2011 New York State Collegiate Track Conference Outdoor Championships at Rensselaer on Saturday.

St. Lawrence University's men's track and field team is sixth after day one of the New York State Collegiate Track Conference Outdoor Championships at Rensselaer.

St. Lawrence University junior Justin Spalik finished fourth and sophomore Jacob Fredericks was tenth in the 2011 New York State Collegiate Track Conference decathlon championships at Nazareth on Sunday and Monday.
