Ramsey, Roberts, Spalik Meet ECAC Standards with Holiday Relay Wins

Dan Ramsey, Justin Spalik, Jarell Roberts and A.J. Blaisdell won individual titles and the Distance Medley Relay team took that event as St. Lawrence University's men's indoor track and field team finished second in the six-team Saint Holiday Relays at the Newell Field House on Saturday.

Spalik, Scott Help Saints To Can-Am Challenge Victory

While some prominent names were missing from the results for St. Lawrence University's men's indoor track team in the first meet of the 2010-11 indoor season, it didn't impact the team scoring as the Saints ran away with the title in the first Can/Am Challenge at the Newell Field House Saturday afternoon.
