John Prokos '80 was inducted into St. Lawrence University's Athletic Hall of Fame in the Class of 2010! Congratulations John!
His Hall of Fame induction plaque reads:
"A two-time All State and All Conference player, John Prokos played on three league championship teams, the first Saint team to make the NCAA Division III playoffs and back-to-back ECAC championship

men' s soccer team defeated SUNYIT by the score of 2-0 in the opening round of
the 2010 NCAA Tournament on Saturday at Sandy MacAllaster Field in Canton, NY.
Nov. 13: Fans, alumni and parents have the opportunity this weekend to watch the NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament First and Second Round games held in Canton, NY at Sandy MacAllaster Field. All three games are scheduled to be broadcast along with a play-by-play announcer.
St. Lawrence University's men's soccer team will host the first and second round of the NCAA
Division III men's soccer tournament Saturday and Sunday Nov. 13-14 at Sandy
MacAllaster Field.
Tournament Most Valuable Player James Stewart set up the
game-winning goal with a perfect outlet pass to freshman forward Adrian Bucksam
and anchored a St. Lawrence defense which allowed Rensselaer a total of seven shots and just one on goal as
the Saints won their fourth Liberty League tournament championship with a 2-0
victory over the Engineers on Sandy MacAllaster Field Saturday afternoon.
St. Lawrence University junior forward Brendan Gorman was
named Liberty League Offensive Player of the Year in voting by the league's
coaches and the Saint coaching staff of Bob Durocher, Charlie Bour and Willi
Steinrotter were named league Coaching Staff of the Year.
Sophomore forward Brian Gilloran scored his first goal of
the season with 1:30 to play in the second overtime period to lift number one
seeded St. Lawrence University to a 3-2 come-from-behind victory over fourth
seed Hamilton College in a Liberty League semifinal at SLU's Sandy MacAllaster
Field Wednesday afternoon.
St. Lawrence University's men's soccer team, the Liberty
League regular season champion and top seed in the 2010 Liberty League
tournament will host Hamilton College in a semifinal game on Sandy MacAllaster
Field, Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
