May 10: St. Lawrence graduate Rich Peverley continues in his quest to help the Boston Bruins bring home a Stanley Cup as the Bruins will open the third round of playoffs against Tampa Bay on May 14.
Former St. Lawrence University hockey player Simon Watson
has been named the Central Hockey League Man of the Year, and Adam Hogg, a
teammate of Watson's, was also a finalist for the award.
Senior captain Aaron Bogosian and sophomore forward Kyle
Flanagan shared the Dr. Stuart A. Winning Most Valuable Player Award to
highlight the 2011 Friends of St. Lawrence Hockey Recognition Banquet at The
Club in Canton on Sunday night.
