St. Lawrence University's offensive woes continued at Clarkson on Saturday night as while the Saints outshot the Golden Knights 25-18, they were limited to one goal in a 3-1 loss at Cheel Arena in Potsdam.

 Senior goaltender Kyle Richter made 41 saves and junior wing Eric Kroshus scored two goals including an empty netter as Harvard University held off a late rally by St. Lawrence University for a 4-2 ECAC Hockey victory at SLU's Appleton Arena Friday night.

St. Lawrence University hockey players swept the ECAC Hockey MLX Skates weekly awards following their home victories over Cornell and Colgate as sophomore center Kyle Flanagan was named Player of the Week and freshman goaltender Matt Weninger earned both Goaltender of the Week and Rookie of the Week honors.

Sophomore center Kyle Flanagan snapped a scoreless tie with a five-on-three power play goal 6:47 into the third period and freshman goaltender Matt Weninger made 29 saves for his first collegiate shutout as St. Lawrence University opened its ECAC Hockey season with a 3-0 win over 19th-ranked Cornell at Appleton Arena in Canton Friday night.
