Sept. 29: Both the St. Lawrence University men's and women's cross country teams are both in the top-10 of the USTFCCCA national poll this week, and you can watch the Saints compete at the 2010 Paul Short Invitational on Friday!

Sept. 23: Fresh of its win at the 2010 Oneonta Invitational/Pre-Regional race, the St. Lawrence University men's cross country team has jumped up four places and is now the No. 8 team in the country.

Sept. 17: The St. Lawrence University men's cross country team, ranked 12^th in the national polls, picked up an impressive team victory on Friday at the 2010 Oneonta Invitational/Pre-Regional, as the team, led by senior captain Dan Ramsey, won the 8k race with a team total of 42 points. 

Sept. 8: St. Lawrence University first-year student Jon Eng finished in second place overall on Wednesday afternoon at the 2010 North Country Five meet held at Paul Smiths College.

Sept. 2: The St. Lawrence University men's cross country team enters the 2010 season ranked No. 12 in the country, according the first United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) poll announced on Wednesday.  The Scarlet and Brown are tied with 188 points with Williams College out of the NESCAC.
