No. 14 Saints Capture 2009 Saratoga Invitational Title

Oct. 31: The St. Lawrence University men's cross country team, ranked 14th in the national polls, continued its winning ways on Saturday as the Saints captured the 2009 Saratoga Invitational hosted by Rensselaer.  The Saints finished with 29 points to win the event ahead of RIT, while junior captain Dan Ramsey earned the individual crown.

Ramsey, Nine Saints Honored by NYSCTC

Oct. 28: Following his individual victory in the 2009 NYSCTC Championship, junior captain Dan Ramsey was named the state's "Runner of the Year."  The Essex Junction, VT native, who is also the Liberty League's "Runner of the Week," was one of nine runners to land on an All-State Team.

Ramsey, Saints win 2009 NYSCTC Championships

Oct. 24: The nationally-ranked St. Lawrence University men's cross country team won the 2009 NYSCTC Championship on Saturday at Genesee Valley Park in Rochester, NY.  The Saints won the title with 28 combined points and were led by junior Dan Ramsey, who won the individual crown behind a time of 25:35.

Saints Set New Record, Win 16th Straight Conference Championship

Oct. 10: The No. 13 St. Lawrence University men's cross country team won its 16th straight conference championship in style on Saturday afternoon, as the Saints set a new record for lowest total with 18 points.  Junior captain Dan Ramsey won the individual title for the second straight season on a rain-soaked Ronald C. Hoffmann Cross Country Course in Canton, NY.

Ramsey, Saints Impress at 2009 Paul Short Invitational

Oct. 2: Both the St. Lawrence University men's cross country team and junior captain Dan Ramsey continued their momentum at the 2009 Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University on Friday.  The Saints finished in 35th place out of 42 squads in the inter-divisional championship race, while Ramsey finished in 60th position overall out of 386 competitors.

Saints Climb to No. 11 in National Polls

Oct. 1: The St. Lawrence University men's cross country team has climbed to the No. 11 ranking in the national polls this week.  The ranking, the highest for the men's program in over 10 years, comes as the Saints prepare for the 2009 Paul Short Invitational, hosted by Lehigh University.
