Cartier Ties Assist Record as Saints Close with Win

Oct. 27: Senior forward Courtney Cartier tied the St. Lawrence record for assists in a game in her final collegiate field hockey game as the Saints snapped a seven-game losing streak with a 5-1 win at SUNY Morrisville in the final game of the 2012 season on Saturday.

Cortland Turns Back Saints 3-0

Oct. 24: Junior goaltender Nicole Matos came through with a heroic effort, but Cortland State dominated St. Lawrence in a NCAA Division III field hockey game in Cortland, handing the Saints their seventh straight loss, 3-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

Skidmore Routs Saints 7-1

Oct. 20: Dani DeGregory scored two goals and assisted on another and Kelly Blackhurst scored a goal and set up three others as Skidmore College rolled to a 7-1 win over St. Lawrence University in a Liberty League field hockey game in Saratoga Springs Saturday afternoon.

Cartier Scores Three, But Saints Fall Short on Senior Day

Oct. 13: Courtney Cartier had a big day in her final game on North Country Field, but a late Saint rally fell short as Rensselaer held off the Saints for a 4-3 Liberty League field hockey victory, spoiling the Saints' Senior Day on Saturday.

Nazareth Holds Off Saints, 3-1

Oct. 11: St. Lawrence University's field hockey team saw a frustrating pattern continue on Thursday as the Saints dropped a 3-1 decision at Nazareth College for their fourth straight loss.

Rochester Tops Saints in Field Hockey, 4-1

Oct. 6: The script was all too familiar for St. Lawrence University's field hockey team as for the second game in a row the Saints fell behind early, battled back to cut the lead in half and then saw the opponent pull away for a win as the University of Rochester turned back the Saints 4-1 in a Liberty League game at Rochester on Saturday.

15th Ranked Herons Roll in 6-1 Win over Saints

Oct. 5: William Smith exploded for five first half goals and went on to a 6-1 win over St. Lawrence in a Liberty League field hockey game in Geneva Friday afternoon.
