Stetson Named 2009 NFHCA Second Team All-America

Nov. 25:  Senior field hockey player Jennifer Stetson has been named an NFHCA Division III Second Team National All-America.

Three Saints Earn Regional All-America Honors

Nov. 16:  Three St. Lawrence University field hockey players have been named 2009 NFHCA Division III Regional All-Americas.  Seniors Jennifer Stetson and Joss-Elyse Smith were named to the First Team, while Emily Riley was a Second Team selection.

Eight Saints Earn Liberty League All-Conference Recognition

Nov. 5:  Eight members of St. Lawrence University's 2009 field hockey team earned Liberty League all conference recognition in voting by the league's coaches and two were asked to play in the 2009 NFHCA Division III All-Star game.

Saints Fight Hard, but Continentals win 1-0 in First Round of Liberty League Tournament

Nov. 4:  The St. Lawrence University field hockey team, now 12-5, put up a tough fight against Hamilton College, the number one team in the conference, in the opening round of the Liberty League Tournament Wednesday afternoon in Clinton, NY.  The Saints battled the Continentals tirelessly, but Hamilton pulled through for the win with a score of 1-0.
