St. Lawrence Hosts Annual Student-Athlete Day Luncheon

Apr. 7: The St. Lawrence University athletic department hosted its annual Student-Athlete Day luncheon on campus Wednesday at Eben-Holden.

The event, which recognizes a premier scholar-athlete from each program, was sponsored by the St. Lawrence Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Each of the 34 participants was joined by a coach and a faculty member of their choice to enjoy lunch with.

"We are certainly honored to have some of the most dynamic student-athletes at our institution, and we were proud to acknowledge their achievements yesterday alongside the St. Lawrence faculty and administration," said Franco Bari, the Coordinator for Student-Athlete Development.

St. Lawrence Director of Athletics, Margie Strait, joined President Dr. Bill Fox and Dr. Cheryl Stuntz in making remarks at the event. A list of the 34 representatives for each team is below.
