The Artist, The Community, and the Creative Process
Lórien Eck '06
Award Winning Visual Arts Educator
Join us for a day of actively pursuing answers to the questions: What is the Creative Process? How do I as an artist/creator engage in the creative process? Through engaged dialogue and hands-on art making and movement, we will gather as a community led by a diverse group of talented artists and educators. Featuring Lórien Eck, an award winning visual arts educator, Michael Frenette, a Tupper Lake traditional furniture artisan; Paul Pedersen, a blue-collar artist whose life experiences are reflected in his art; and A'Keitha Carey, a Bahamian dance educator, performance artist, choreographer and scholar.
