Peer Tutoring Program
Tutoring is free for all students. At St. Lawrence University students are welcome to sign up for peer tutoring, which is available in almost every subject and is offered for most introductory-level courses. The peer tutors are St. Lawrence students who have distinguished themselves in their departments with high grades and productive study habits. They are recommended by faculty members and participate in an on-going training process. Tutor requests are made on-line and you will be contacted by e-mail about your placement within a day or two.
Advisors on Sabbatical or on Leave
Students whose advisors are on sabbatical, on leave, or who have left, should submit an advisor change form to the Advising Office.
Academic Planning
Academic planning and distribution requirements can be organized on our Planning Form. Advisors may also be interested in Advising Prompts.
Declaring a Major or Minor
Major declaration forms can be found in department offices and in Whitman 160. Minor forms are also available and both should be submitted to the Advising office.
