Why Is a Visit a Good Idea?
Because seeing the campus and meeting Laurentians is the best way to find out if St. Lawrence is right for you. It's also the best way to learn more about us - visit our new science complex, which is getting national attention for its sustainable design; see the new arts technology center and many new arts studio and performance spaces; browse our amazing bookstore, check out our athletic, recreation and fitness facilities. Most of all, feel the warmth of the people who live, study and work here. It's a safe bet that everyone will have a friendly greeting.
Reading about St. Lawrence, talking about it when an admissions counselor comes to your high school, or chatting with our graduates, are helpful, but they can't compare with letting yourself soak up the sights and sounds and moments of life on campus.
So come and spend some time with us. Sit in on a class of your favorite subject. Have lunch in the dining hall or the pub. Meet a professor or coach and, most important, some students. Walk around and see how it feels to be here. Imagine yourself studying, playing, graduating....
We think a visit is so valuable that we will waive our $60 application fee if you make an appointment and visit us before you apply.
