In addition to traveling, interviewing prospective students and evaluating applications, I also am the application review coordinator and NYS Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) liaison.

While in College…
I graduated from St. Lawrence and choose sociology as a major after taking an introductory course with a professor who really sparked my interest.  My best out of class learning experience was volunteering for Reachout, a 24-hour crisis hotline. I worked in the admissions office during all four years which sparked my interest in continuing in the profession post-graduation.

What I like about St. Lawrence
I like that St. Lawrence is a match for people from all backgrounds.  I never anticipated learning so much from being on a campus that challenged me to step outside my boundaries and comfort zone.  Choosing to work at St. Lawrence after graduation has been the best way for me to really continue growing as a person who now can appreciate the benefits of being open-minded.
