While in College...
I graduated cum laude from Duke University in 2002. While in college I was an active member of the Wesley Fellowship United Methodist campus ministry. I was an active participant in the local, national, and international communities through break teams to L’Arche communities for the disabled in Canada, rural North Carolina towns, which had been damaged by recent hurricanes, and church rebuilding projects in New Orleans. Due to these and other local service activities, I was awarded the William J. Griffith University Service Award. After graduation I received my Master’s in Social Work at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
