Auditions for femme fatale Tues/Thurs
The department’s Rhythm and Roots ensemble sheds new light on the meaning of femme fatale, with music by Feist, Laura Nyro, Metric, Regina Spektor, Imogen Heap, Fiona Apple and Garbage.
While the focus is upon women performer/songwriters, guys are welcome! Singers, string players, pianists, percussionists, guitarists, bass players, sound people! Rehearsals are 4:30-6PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Bring your voice and/or instrument to auditions during the first week of classes -- Tuesday, 1/24 and Thursday, 1/26 from 7-8:30 in the Underground (Noble 001) -- prepared to sing along, or play along with any of the following tunes.
