Number Theory course (MATH 341) creates own journal

Students in the Spring 2010 Number Theory course (MATH 341) have contributed all the articles appearing in the first issue of "Advances in Number Theory," a publication of the Math, CS & Stats department at St. Lawrence University. Eleven students experienced the process of researching a math problem, writing up their results, refereeing one another's work, making revisions, and finally seeing their papers in print. Each student received a copy of the journal during the final week of the semester. Additional copies are available in the QRC.
