I am from Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada, which is located just outside the city of Ottawa. I chose to attend St. Lawrence because of the tight-knit community that is encompassed within the campus. In addition, I wanted to be a part of the women's soccer program.

While attending St. Lawrence as an undergrad, I worked in the fitness center as a student worker and I also tutored through the Office of Academic Affairs. As a graduate student, I am working as a Graduate Assistant in the Educational Leadership Program located in the Education Department.
After graduation next spring, I plan on working in the field of ASL helping the hearing impaired or deaf. I want to continue to keep sports an active part of my life by coaching, as well.
