I studied abroad in Shanghai the spring semester of my sophomore year (Spring ’09), I’ve done a number of research projects in my classes on China including issues with the environment, China’s soft power and Sino-US relations.  Most recently I’m hoping to return to China this summer to do research on China’s household registration system and educational opportunities.
