Community-Wide Accounts - Faculty/Staff
A Community Wide Account (CWA) is a declining balance
account that can be used for purchases at the Brewer Bookstore,
Dining Services locations, and vending machines.
Employees activate their CWA by bringing their ID to the Business Office. Deposits to the account may be made on-line, by cash/check at the Business Office in Vilas Hall, or payroll deduction (minimum amount of $25). Employees wishing to make deposits by payroll deduction, should send an email to Janet Rowe stating their employee ID number and the amount they would like added to their CWA. The funds will be added to their CWA by the close of the next business day and payment withheld from their next salary payment.
Employees who use their campus wide account at the Time-out Cafe and Northstar Cafe will receive a 10% discount.

SLU employees may also make deposits on-line to their Community Wide Accounts (CWA) and view their account activity by the link at the top of this page. Please note that you will be asked to enter the 9 digit ID number. This number is the number on your ID with two zeros in front of it.
